1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders via trusted courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the delivery location and availability.

Delivery times typically range between:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) within the continental U.S.

• Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, Prints Wizard ships only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track the shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, unforeseen events such as weather delays, carrier disruptions, or supply shortages may cause delays. Prints Wizard is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Prints Wizard is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.

8. Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take clear photos before opening. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@printswizard.site for support.
